How Are You Wired?

This weekend was my weekend to serve on the vocal worship team at Granger Community Church. I got to sing worship, do a special (solo), and did background vocals on another song. We have such amazing people at GCC. The musicians, the others singers, the tech people, first impressions (greeters & building guides), children's teachers, dramatic arts people, and the list goes on and on. This weekend's service was about being part of the body by serving. Finding the "SHAPE" that fits you best. How you are 'wired,' or in other words...the areas of service that makes your heart beat fast. I love to sing and so I serve with the vocal team. I also love teenagers, so I also serve with Lifeline - the high school ministry.

If you didn't get the opportunity to see this weekend's service, you can check it out at www.gccwired.com. Go to the web site - then click on the tab that says, 'watch this weekend's service.' How many churches get to do stuff like this? It is way awesome! They update each week's service on the following Saturday night, so check this week's out before it's gone. Ohhh...and if you notice the guy in the brown shirt warbling the special song....that's me. So, please be kind with any comments.
