What a car! What a life!

Some of you have seen in my profile that I am a volunteer youth leader at 'Lifeline.' That is the high school youth ministry at Granger Community Church. Corey Mann (the leader of Lifeline) captured a vision last year that challenged us all to live a life of "Revolution." The dictionary defines revolution as: "A drastic and far reaching change in ways of thinking and behaving." God has used that vision to cause great change in the hearts of those involved in Lifeline.

Now I love cars. Old cars, new cars...sports or novelty. I like 'em all. Well, I wanted to take a car and place some of the Lifeline designs and phrases on it. I thought long and hard about what car to use. It came to me when I was watching a NASCAR race. Chevrolet was running a commercial about how many races have been won by drivers in Chevys. The tag line was, "be a part of the chevy revolution." TADA! Chevy it was. But which one? Well, I had to go with the most powerful car they make. The Corvette. I chose the 2002 Chevy Corvette Z06.
