Let's Set the Record Straight!

I have been gone from the blogging circuit for a while now. Some of the reason has been problems with my PC. Another reason is that I put my computer away for about 10 days in order to clear a space in my office to create a bedroom for my mother in-law. She moved out of the nursing home and in with us, until preparations could be made to move her back into her old mobile home ('trailer' to those of us who are past mobile home veterans). Lastly, I have been gone a while due to some circumstances with a certain relationship that are way out of my control!

Lately, most of my friends and acquaintances have been getting phone calls from a certain person who has made some very, very hurtful and disparaging comments about me. While some of the things mentioned, may have occurred in the past, it was to a much, much lesser degree than expressed. It should be noted, that the greater majority of the things being spoken about me are completely false and totally baseless in fact.

I cannot go into this any further without bringing this person's identity into the open. I will not do such a thing. I am not the monster that I am being painted as. So, for those of you who have heard these 'tales,' I am sorry you were placed in such a position. I hope (and pray) that you know me well enough to draw your own conclusions, based on the character and witness of my daily life.

I ask for your prayers, as these days have become more and more discouraging and frustrating. Thanks everyone.
